Accounts

You can try games without an account. To buy, you need an account with a working email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse payments or attack the site.

What you buy

• Game unlock ($3 per game): a personal, non-transferable licence to play every level or unlimited time of that one game on this website, for as long as the website operates.
• Coins (10 coins for $3): used inside the website to continue a game after losing. Coins have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are used when you choose to continue.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Fair play

Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, and don't use other people's accounts or payment cards.

Changes and availability

Games may be updated, balanced or improved. We work to keep the site online but can't promise it will always be available. If we ever close the site, we will give notice.

Liability

The games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
